| Copyright and Trade Mark Information |

The pages and contents of the Hot Design Web Site (www.hotdesign.hk) was edited by our administrative department. They are including but limited to photos, portfolios, terms & conditions, text, graphics, and icons ("Documents") and the Company's trade name, logo and trade marks are the copyright and trade marks respectively of the Company who retains all right, title and interest in such intellectual property, and the information was shown in the publicity over 3 years by prescription of law. |

A copy of Documents may be downloaded or reprinted for non-commercial or personal use only in learning about, evaluating or acquiring the services offered by the Hot Design Advertising Company , and no copy may be posted in whole or in part on any network computer or broadcast in any media. No modifications to any Documents may be made and any downloaded copy must contain the following copyright notice "Copyright © 2007-2012 Hot Design Advertising Company. All Rights Reserved". |

No permission is granted to any visitor, or anyone acting on your behalf, to print, copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, upload, download, store, display in public, alter, or modify the Documents. No permission is granted to you to use, or permit others to use the Company's icons, site addresses, or any other means to hyperlink other Internet sites with any page in the Website unless specifically permitted by the Company in writing. |

Any unauthorised printing, copying, reproduction, distribution, transmiting, uploading, downloading, storage, display in public, alter, modification the Documents or any other use than that described above is strictly prohibited by law, and will not have any notice. |
| Terms and Conditions of Design Service |
| 1. |
All jobs will be started upon client has paid 50% deposit, signed the quotation and job contract for confirmation.
Client has to confirm the jobs by signature in artwork for approval to us.
Client has the responsibility on proof reading when design & artwork done, we will not take any liability on mistakes. |
| 2. |
50% of the design fee will be charged under the following situations...
a. |
If  the job(s) was terminated after we have provided 1st layout/ amendment(s)/ idea on production. |
| b. |
After we provided the 1st layout/ amendment(s) to client still have no replication within 3 months. |

| 3. |
100% of the design fee will be charged under the following situations...
a. |
Client  need to settle the full payment if the job(s) have not finished or no replication over 3 months. |

| 4. |
We provide one new layout for each design item, if client not satisfied the 1st layout, we will provide the 2nd layout for approval, but we wouldn't present two different layouts at the same time, please negotiate if you require additional layout(s) present. Moreover, each design item is include 3 times in total of amendments on content / color adjustments on the photo. For the reason of copyright protects creativity, we provide the output file (TIFF/JPEG) only, and we may have an additional charge under the following situations...
a. |
If  we provided the 3rd or extra new layout(s), 50% of the design fee will be charged for each new layout. |
| b. |
More than 3 times or extra amendment(s) will be charged $150 for each. |
| c. |
Minimum $400 per each photo will be charged if client requested the photo retouch, such as partial adjust color, partial size modification, add in or remove objects. |
| d. |
If client requested to have the original file(s) (A.I. / PSD), 35% of the design fee will be charged for each item. |

| 5. |
Regarding the working time, for general design items such as name card, leaflet, poster, coupon, etc, will require 3 working days after the client confirmed the quotation. For complicated design items, such as advertisement, brochure, booklet, menu, etc, will require 5 - 7 working days. For urgent job(s) that need to be provided the layout earlier, will charge 50% of the design fee for urgency. |

Special offer is only applicable on the contract based design items or the multiple of design packages. |
| 7. |
Payment due upon presentation of invoice, a 10% fee of the invoice total will be charged to payments over 1 month late.
For two months overdue, we will stop the on going job(s) and take legal action to settle the over due amount. |

Client will be deemed to read the above terms and conditions, if there is any conflict, the terms and conditions shown will prevail. |
